Pankaj Tripathi is an Indian Actor who was born on 5th September 1976 in Gopalgunj Village Bihar state.
Pankaj Tripathi Parents
His father is a priest and farmer. His mother is a homemaker. He has 3 elder brothers and 2 elder sisters. Pankaj used to accompany his father to the fields and support father in cultivation.
His father’s desire was to make him a doctor and was sent to Patna. Tripathi joined ABVP and played a major role in ABVP activities. He was a good speaker in college days. He is a very good athlete. He participated in 100mts run, and High Jump.

After his graduation, he joined Hotel Management course and worked for 2 year as a Cook in Hotel Maurya.
Even though his passion for acting remained the same. He worked as a theatre artist for several years before entering into films.

He is married on 15th Jan in 2004. His wife name is Mridula. He met Mridula in a train while travelling to kolkata and fell in love with her.

His debut movie is Run in 2004. He played a small role in this movie. He also acted in Omkara movie.
He has worked in more than 40 films and 60 Television shows. He appears in Hindi channels. He is a natural actor and famous for his dialogues.
Tripathi was very much interested in acting. He played lady roles in his village. He used to ask for roles to play. One of his role which became famous is a role of thief. The audience liked a lot. This act was praised by many. From then he became a regular theatre artist.
Later on he moved to Delhi. He acted in many films small and big budget movies. He acted in negative roles. He acted in Gangs of Wasseypur movie which brought him name and fame. He received many awards for this film.
Gangs of Wasseypur gave him break. Later he acted in many movies. The next movie is Fukrey in which he played a pandit role. From here he was getting comic roles.
In 2014 he did a movie called Masaan. In 2017 he appeared in the movie Gurgaon. .He also acted in Newton movie, which brought National award to him.
After getting name and fame he has appeared in several commercials Ads like Best Health Insurance, Videocon, Pressure cooker etc.
