Hema Malini belongs to the Indian political background, she plays the role of an MLA in the Bharatiya Janata Party. In the year 1999, she has worked in the campaigning of VINOD KHANNA in one of the areas of PUNJAB.
She has been nominated in the year 2003 for the Rajya Sabha elections, In the period of APJ ABDUL KALAM SIR, Then servicing period of Hema Malini was from 2003-2009. In the year 2004, she has joined BJP permanently. She also worked as GENERAL SECRETARY for BJP.
She has defeated Mr. Jayant Chaudhary for RLD in MATHURA CONSTITUENCY with 3,30,743 votings. With the margin of 2,93,471 votes, she has been elected for MATHURA LOK SABHA elections.
