Arvind Swamy was born in Chennai in the state of Tamil Nadu, India in the year 1970 18th of June. He is an actor, singer, television Presenter, and Entrepreneur.
He has worked in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi Movies. He started his career with Thalapathi (1991) English subtitles. He belongs to the family who was good at doing Business. He has completed his schooling from Sishya School and Don Bosco School in Chennai.
And has graduated from Loyola College, Chennai. And later he has applied to Wake Forest University in the US and obtained a master’s degree in International Business. While he was in the US her mother was very ill due to which he had to return to India.
He never had a dream to act in movies acting was just his hobby. In the year 1991, he made his acting debut with Mani Ratnam’s Tamil film titled Thalapathi.In his second movie Roja.
He was the lead role which was a very huge hit and won him Tamil Nadu State Award for Best Actor. The film Bombay of Mani Ratnam was a huge hit and scored gold at the Box-Office which established him as the star of the Tamil Film Industry.
He made his Bollywood debut in the year 1977 in the film Saat Rang Ke Sapne. In the year 2000, he worked with Aamir khan film named Raja Ko Rani Se Pyaar Hogaya. Till the year 2005, he worked as the Director and Chairman of InterPro Global and pro lease India.
He again started her film career in 2006 with the film Sasanam after which he had not worked in movies for about 5-6 years. In the year 2013, he was back with film named Mani Ratnam’s Kadal. He also appeared in the film Dhruva as the villain against Ram Charan in which his work was very much appreciated.
