Early Life
She is born into a Muslim family. Her mother is from Nellore, Andhrapradesh and father are from Chennai. She has 7 siblings. She was not good at studies. She changed 6 schools but failed in all of them.
Shakeela Career
She did many B grade movies in her career. Kinnarathumbikal in Malayalam was One of her big hit films. With this movie, she came into limelight. She also became the crazy actress among the youth.
Her movies were dubbed into all the Indian languages and some of her movies are also dubbed into foreign languages like Nepalese, Chinese, Sinhala, etc. She acted in almost 250 movies.
Interview
In an interview, she told that she felt very bad when she asked all her siblings for a family photo, her sisters said they will not join for a family photo. This made Shakeela cry. That day she came to realize that one day everybody will leave her.
She also said that she will never react to the rumors. She said a rumor is a rumor not real, so why to waste time thinking about it.
She takes care of her mother and siblings. She also said that because of them she did not marry. She is afraid that if she gets married then who will take care of her mother and siblings.
She said that she had nine to ten boyfriends. She had breakup with everyone.
She speaks many south Indian languages. She is fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannad and Telugu language. She says that one should learn the language to become popular.
